Delete Your ZodiacFM Account

You can permanently delete your ZodiacFM account from within the app. You may also email [email protected] for help with deletion or another privacy request.

In the app

1. Open the menu and choose Account.
2. Scroll to Delete Account and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm.

By email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account.

What deleting removes

Deleting your account:

• Cancels an active subscription billed through our website before any information is removed, and stops if that cancellation does not succeed, so you are not left being charged.
• Removes your account, birth information, calculated frequencies and chart, listening activity, favorites, playlists, saved payment details, and the files stored on your device.
• Deletes your profile from the service we use to send email, and stops further information about you reaching the services that support ZodiacFM.

Two things outlast the deletion itself. Records already collected by our analytics providers are kept until they age out under the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. And deleted information remains in our encrypted database backups for up to seven days, after which those backups expire and it is gone.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by a payment provider. Review and cancel any active subscription through that provider before deleting the account.
